The Deadline Has Passed – Legal Action for Trademark, Copyright, and Competition Law Violations
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that the company Silver Birch Clinic in Canada, despite multiple requests and the set deadline of January 31, 2025, continues to unlawfully use our protected trademark SEVAURA. This continued and knowingly unlawful use constitutes not only a violation of trademark and copyright law, but also a clear violation of competition law, as it creates a risk of confusion with our brand.
Since its creation in 2016, the name SEVAURA has been inextricably linked to our brand and identity. It is a coined name that we developed and legally protected ourselves. The name is protected by both copyright and trademark law, and any unauthorized use constitutes a serious infringement of our exclusive rights. The name SEVAURA was unknown prior to 2016 and was created by us with the utmost care and creativity.
The company Silver Birch Clinic founded a subsidiary with the name SEVAURA at the end of November 2024. Despite multiple requests from us to refrain from using the name, it continued to be used. This constitutes a deliberate and willful infringement of our intellectual property, including our copyright and trademark rights, and creates an unacceptable risk of confusion.
This behavior is not only a serious legal violation but also a case of unfair competition. No reputable company would knowingly and intentionally violate the rights of another company, especially after repeated requests to desist. The continued use of the name demonstrates an unfair intent that we will not tolerate.
As the company has ignored the set deadline, we will now immediately initiate legal action to enforce our rights. This will include legal proceedings in which we will not only demand the immediate removal of the name and trademark from all channels but also substantial claims for damages due to the continued willful and unlawful use of our protected trademark and the creation of confusion.
The other company should be aware that their actions will result in serious legal consequences that they have yet to fully understand.
We thank you for your support and will continue to keep you informed of all legal developments.
Best regards
Your Sevaura Team

Urgent Notification Regarding Our Brand “SEVAURA”
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about a serious issue concerning our brand “SEVAURA”. As some of you may already know, a company named Silver Birch Clinic and, since November 2024, its subsidiary SEVAURA in Canada have unlawfully taken our brand name. This company is operating under the domain sevaura.ca and on social media channels using our name, with their launch in November 2024. This constitutes a deliberate and targeted violation of our intellectual property.
Since its founding in 2016, our brand “SEVAURA” has stood for quality, uniqueness, and trust. We have established the name “SEVAURA” with great dedication on our products – including clothing and bags, which are cherished by our long-standing customers worldwide. Many of you wear our clothing with pride, especially our sweaters featuring the “SEVAURA” logo, which makes these products unique worldwide. Our customers love wearing a piece of our brand, and this name has a special meaning for them. However, the unlawful use of our name by this company is destroying this uniqueness.
The confusion created by this unauthorized use is leading to us losing customers and our brand’s authenticity being questioned. Our loyal customers are accustomed to wearing a unique product that is associated with quality and exclusivity. When this name is used by another company, we lose this value and connection with our customers. This represents significant economic damage, as we are not only losing our customers but also jeopardizing the value of our brand.
What makes this even more problematic is that this Canadian company is also active in the cosmetics and services sectors – areas in which we are successfully operating as well. These overlaps further increase the confusion and harm our business even more.
We have already contacted this company multiple times and have set a deadline of January 31, 2025, for them to remove the name “SEVAURA” from all official channels, including the website, social media, and domain. Should they fail to comply with this request, we will immediately take legal action, including seeking damages, as they knowingly and intentionally violate our intellectual property and obstruct our business success.
The deliberate and ongoing use of the name “SEVAURA” by this company shows their unprofessionalism and their targeted attempt to profit from our established brand. We will not tolerate this. “SEVAURA” represents our passion, quality, and the connection with our loyal customers, and we will do everything in our power to protect these values.
Thank you for your support. We will keep you updated on further developments.
Best regards
Your Sevaura Team
